SHOULDER PAIN
Shoulder pain can arise from several conditions, including osteoarthritis, which is the degeneration of the joint due to aging and overuse; frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, characterized by stiffness and pain that develops gradually and typically resolves over 1 to 3 years through the stages of freezing, frozen, and recovery; and rotator cuff tendinitis, which involves inflammation of the tendons or bursa in the rotator cuff, often caused by repetitive overhead activities or injuries.

AYURVEDIC VIEW OF SHOULDER PAIN
In Ayurveda, shoulder pain is usually linked to imbalances in Vata dosha, contributing to conditions like Sandhigatha Vata (joint pain) and Apabahuka (frozen shoulder).
