HEADACHES
Headaches are a common condition with various types and causes, including tension headaches, which present as a dull, aching pain often triggered by stress or poor posture; migraines, characterized by intense headaches often accompanied by nausea and sensitivity to light; cluster headaches, which are severe, one-sided headaches occurring in cyclical patterns; and sinus headaches, where pain is linked to sinus infections, typically affecting the forehead, cheeks, or areas around the eyes.

AYURVEDIC VIEW OF HEADACHES
In Ayurveda, headaches are classified as Siroroga and are caused by imbalances in Vata, Pitta, Kapha, blood (Raktha), or parasites (Krimijam). Headache types like Ardhavabhedaka, Suryavarta, and Shankhaka are discussed in Ayurvedic texts.
