Njavarakizhi, also known as Navarakizhi, is a specialized Ayurvedic Brimhana (nourishing) therapy performed using Njavara rice cooked in herbal decoctions and medicated milk. The cooked rice is tied into boluses and gently applied over the body with warm medicated liquids.
