Common Symptoms
Presented as pain, bleeding from anus, constipation, and feeling of something coming out of the anus.
Hemorrhoids / Piles
It is the dilatation of veins related to the Anal Canal. Internal and external hemorrhoids are there.
Internal Hemorrhoids – Four Degrees
- First degree: Nothing will come out. Bleeding per rectum like splash on the pan and itching will be the symptoms.
- Second degree: Pile mass will come out during defecation and will go inside spontaneously after defecation.
- Third degree: Pile mass will come out during defecation, but won’t go inside by itself, need to be pushed inside.
- Fourth degree: Pile mass will remain outside permanently even though tried to push inside.
Usually pain is a symptom if it is blocked or associated with fissure. Anaemia will happen secondary due to blood loss.
External Hemorrhoids are seen on anal margin with pain and tenderness.
Ayurvedic View (Arshas)
