What is Ksheeradhoomam?

Ksheeradhoomam is a classical Ayurvedic steam therapy where medicated milk vapor is directed towards specific parts of the body, especially the face, neck, and upper respiratory tract. It is mainly used in conditions affecting the head and neck region.

Ayurvedic Perspective

This therapy helps pacify aggravated Vata and Kapha doshas in the Urdhva Jathru (region above the clavicle). It improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and nourishes facial nerves and respiratory tissues.
