Why Care is Vital

Understanding Postpartum Changes

After delivery, a woman’s body undergoes significant changes including uterine involution, ligament laxity, joint instability, and Vatha aggravation due to an empty uterus and physical exhaustion. Proper care prevents long-term issues such as:

Once the umbilical cord has fallen off, we can safely start baby massage and herbal baths.
How many days should the massage be performed? +
The postpartum period is 45 days; therefore, 30 days of massage are ideally recommended.
